Specially designed heads for all situations encountered in the production of heat or chemical exchangers:

• The welded joints of the tubes to the plates are made quickly.
• The heat supplied to the thin tubes and thicker sheet metal is controlled around the entire perimeter.
• Once the head has been programmed, all the welds are homogeneous, meeting all the quality requirements.

Range of TIG or MIG power sources, integrated with programmer or with remote control programmer to define the essential parameters of the welding perimeter sector by sector. They include a torch cooler.

Very robust and reliable equipment, easily programmable and compatible with many of the heads for multiple welding applications.

300 amps power source, refrigerated, for high productivity.

• Ability to program sector by sector welding in all essential parameters, through the touch screen programmer and intuitive remote.
• Can integrate torch oscillation control for filling pipe joints up to 6 mm thick.
• Optionally, for welding pipes of any thickness, it can be requested with AVC system for filling the joint in the necessary passes.
